Quality of seedling play an important role in effort to develop breadfruit orchard. However, the availability of cultivation technology is limited as well as research on those areas are also finite. Hence, deep assessment of seedling growth in nursery on several mix growth mediums is inevitable need to provide the seedling technology. The objective of the research was to find out the best composition of breadfruit seedling growth medium. The research was conducted in August to December 2017 in Sumani Research Station of Indonesian Tropical Fruits Research Institute. Randomized Block Design was used which 11 treatments and 3 replications. Each unit of the treatment was constituting of 30 seedlings. The result showed that utilization of various seedling mediums were given significantly effect on percentage of life seedling, time of emerging shoot and length of shoot. Nevertheless, enriched biological agent mycorrhiza was not exhibited significantly impact yet on seedling growth till 4 months after planting. Bare soil was presented the best medium for seedling in percentage of life parameter which reached 40,74 % and emerging shoot times 11,89 day after planting.
